1. General Information
AfroPino Vibes is a small‑batch, handmade brand offering candles, custom items, and culturally inspired products. By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge that:
- Our products are crafted in limited quantities
- Natural variations may occur due to the handmade process
- Custom and personalized items are created specifically for you
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
2. Ordering & Payment
All orders must be placed directly through our website using our secure checkout.
We do not accept orders via:
- Text message
- Social media
- Third‑party payment links
Payment must be received before production begins on any custom or made‑to‑order item.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears fraudulent or suspicious.
3. Custom Orders
Custom and personalized items are made specifically for the customer who orders them. For this reason:
- All custom orders are final sale
- No cancellations, returns, or refunds
- Changes must be requested within 12 hours of purchase
- Production begins only after payment is confirmed
If a custom item arrives damaged, we will replace it once damage is verified.
4. Product Variations
Because our candles and handmade items are created in small batches, natural variations may occur, including:
- Color differences
- Texture changes
- Frosting or spotting (common in soy wax)
- Slight scent intensity variations
These variations do not affect product performance and are not considered defects.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Processing times vary depending on product type and order volume. Estimated processing times are listed on product pages.
Once an order is shipped:
- AfroPino Vibes is not responsible for delays caused by carriers
- Lost or stolen packages must be reported to the carrier
- We will assist when possible, but cannot guarantee replacements for carrier‑related issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products:
- All sales are final
- We do not accept returns or exchanges
- We do not offer refunds for scent preferences or candle performance variations
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. Verified damages will be replaced or issued store credit.
7. Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and our business, AfroPino Vibes uses automated and manual fraud‑screening tools. We may cancel or refuse orders that involve:
- Unverifiable or mismatched billing information
- Attempts to place orders outside our website
- Overpayment or third‑party “shipping agent” schemes
