At AfroPino Vibes, every item is crafted with intention, care, and cultural storytelling. Because our products are handmade in small batches — and many are customized or made‑to‑order — we have a return policy that protects both our customers and our small business.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on:

  • Custom candles
  • Personalized items
  • Made‑to‑order products
  • Limited‑edition or seasonal releases
  • Any candle that has been burned or used

This policy ensures product safety, quality control, and fairness to all customers.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly make it right.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged item
  • A photo of the shipping box and packaging

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit depending on product availability.

We do not offer refunds for damaged items — replacements or store credit only.


Incorrect or Missing Items

If we made an error, we will correct it immediately.
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.


Scent Preferences & Candle Performance

Because scent is personal and varies from person to person, we cannot offer returns or refunds for:

  • Disliking a fragrance
  • Expecting a stronger or lighter scent throw
  • Normal variations in color, texture, or frosting (common in soy wax)

These natural variations do not affect candle performance.


Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom items are created specifically for you. For this reason:

  • All custom orders are final sale
  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges
  • Production begins only after payment is received
  • Any changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order

If a custom item arrives damaged, we will replace it once damage is verified.


Order Verification & Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and our business, AfroPino Vibes uses automated and manual fraud‑screening tools.
We may cancel or refuse orders that show signs of:

  • Unverifiable or mismatched billing information
  • Attempts to place orders outside our website
  • Suspicious email inquiries or bulk requests
  • Overpayment or third‑party “shipping agent” schemes

Legitimate customers will always be contacted if additional information is needed.
